Fall Clinic

2024 Fall Youth Girls Clinic

Join us for our Fall Youth Girls clinic. Instruction led by players from the 2024 Indiana 1A State Champion CGHS team. The clinic is open to all 8u-14u girls with an interest in lacrosse. All participants will receive a T-Shirt!

When: Tuesdays, September 10th - October 29th
Time: 6:00-7:00 PM
Where: Maple Grove Elementary School - East Field

Winter Stick Skills

*** ONLY 25 SPOTS PER SKILL LEVEL ARE AVAILABLE ***

Your player’s stick skills are the foundation of their lacrosse development, and we’re committed to helping them progress. Players will be grouped by skill level—beginner, intermediate, or advanced—so they receive the most tailored instruction possible. Adjustments can be made to player groups as needed throughout the program.

Our Winter Stick Skills sessions will be coached by current college coaches as well as current and former college players, giving your athletes the chance to learn from those who have competed at the highest levels of the sport!

Registration Details:

  • Cost: $150
  • Location: Greenwood Fieldhouse (411 S Madison Ave, Greenwood, IN 46142)
  • Open to: All age groups
  • Payment Options: Payment plans are available to help families spread out the cost.

Skill Level Guidelines:

Beginner

Recommended for players with 2 or fewer years of experience. This group will focus on building fundamental skills like cradling, scooping ground balls, and passing and catching with the dominant hand. Ideal for those new to the sport or looking to establish a solid foundation.

Intermediate

Recommended for players with 2-4 years of experience who can consistently pass and catch with their dominant hand. Players should have basic knowledge of game positions and field awareness. We’ll work on using both hands, maintaining possession under pressure, and improving shot accuracy, footwork, and field communication.

Advanced

Suitable for players with 4 or more years of experience who can confidently pass and catch with both hands, demonstrate strong stick protection, and possess solid shooting mechanics. Advanced players will focus on quick decision-making, advanced dodging and shooting techniques, creating space on the field, and incorporating both defensive and offensive strategies.

Time: 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM

Advanced

Time: 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM

UNIFORM IS INCLUDED IN YOUR FEES


Program Details:

Our youth teams begin practice in March. The season concludes in late May.

*Players must have all equipment, including goggles, stick, and mouth guard. Goalie equipment will be provided by the club.
